Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between City 2 Sea Travel Advisors, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) for travel planning and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

  • The Company provides travel advisory, itinerary planning, and booking services.
  • We act solely as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete personal, passport, and payment information.
  • Review all itineraries, invoices, and confirmations promptly.
  • Comply with all applicable travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and health regulations.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Planning Fees: Non-refundable and due upon engagement.
  • Supplier Payments: Payment schedules will be communicated based on supplier terms.
  • Failure to remit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be disclosed at booking.
  • Agency fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if any, are subject to supplier rules and processing timelines.

6. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a credit card chargeback for any transaction processed through our agency, and the supplier or payment processor imposes a penalty, reversal, or fee on the Company, you agree to reimburse the Company for the full amount of such charges, including any administrative costs incurred.
  • The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of these amounts through invoicing, legal action, or other remedies permitted under New Jersey law.
  • Chargebacks do not negate your contractual obligations under this Agreement.

7. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
  • Insurance is provided by third-party insurers; terms and coverage limitations apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes beyond our control.
  • Liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to the Company.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.

11. Privacy Policy

City 2 Sea Travel Advisors, LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Information Collected: We collect personal data such as name, contact details, passport information, and payment details necessary for travel arrangements.
  • Use of Information: Your data is used solely for booking travel services, processing payments, and communicating with you regarding your itinerary.
  • Data Sharing: We share your information only with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) as required to complete your bookings.
  • Data Security: We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access.
  • Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal and operational requirements.

12. Indemnification

14. Acceptance

By paying our planning fee or confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
