City to Sea Travel Advisors was founded by Mark Norkus, a lifelong traveler and passionate travel planner. In 2018, Mark launched City to Sea Travel Advisors LLC to share his love of travel full time.

Mark is an avid cruiser and holds the designation of CLIA Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC), awarded by the Cruise Lines International Association—the cruise industry’s largest global trade association. He is a member in good standing and can be verified below using his individual EMBARC ID# 00341395.  Mark is also a member of ASTA.

Mark has traveled extensively across Africa, with six trips to the continent—including immersive journeys through Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe—solidifying his deep expertise in luxury safari planning.
